Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Full Refund:

The customer will pay Rupees 50/- (including GST)* at the time of booking of service request. The customer can cancel the order any time on or before 60 seconds from the time of order in the B-eZy application or website. In this case the customer is entitled to get the refund of the advance paid while booking. However, B-eZy shall first transfer this money to customer’s wallet account and upon getting refund request from the customer the Company shall process the refund to customer’s bank account. In order to process the refund, customer must raise the request in B-eZy portal. Further, If the customer cancel the service request after the aforesaid 60 seconds, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee. The customer shall be notified regarding the applicable Cancellation Fee in advance whenever they attempt to cancel a booking. In this case B-eZy has finalised the cancellation fee equal to the above Rupees 50 only. Hence, the above advance for an amount of Rupees 50/- will not be refunded to customer’s bank account if they attempt to cancel the order after 60 seconds of booking. However, it is at the discretion of the B-eZy whether to forfeit the above advance amount in full or for the better interest of the customers the same fee will be added to customer’s B-eZy wallet for future use. The invoice will be adjusted to this extent as part of the total fee of the subsequent service or pay such outstanding cancellation fee before availing the subsequent service. The cancellation fee shall be payable by the customer immediately upon levy. However, B-eZy may, at its sole discretion, include such Cancellation Fee payable by the customer as part of the Total service Fee payable from subsequent service.

2. Method for Requesting Refunds:

To initiate a refund, please submit your request through the B-eZy mobile application or via our website.

3. Other Refund Policies for Purchases:

Our refund policy applies exclusively to purchases with a duration mentioned above i.e., cancellation on or before 60 seconds.

4. Non-Refundable Convenience Fees:

Please note that no convenience fees is charged at the time of customer registration.
